From booking to delivery of your wedding collection, our goal is to provide an experience that leaves you with a happy heart and gorgeous photographs. We adore the relaxed and inviting feel of an outdoor wedding. The natural light an outdoor venue provides is a perfect companion for our preferred medium, film photography. As hybrid photographers, we mostly shoot film but also realize that digital has a necessary place in our workflow. Our weddings find us at dreamy estates, modern historic buildings, and dreamy destinations! We travel the world for our couples and are especially drawn to the romance and beauty of Europe.
The ASP Couple loves modern, edgy wedding attire, luscious and untamed florals, a bold palette of neutrals with pops of color here and there. Our couples pay attention to details, infuse their personality into their day and love to smile. We feel strongly about connecting with our clients because connecting on a personal level, allows us to truly tell your story in an authentic way. When you are comfortable with us, the emotional walls come down, allowing us to capture the real you.

Engagement sessions are one of our favorite parts of the wedding photography process and a great "practice round" before your wedding day...
Engagement sessions are a wonderful opportunity to capture the sweet anticipation before your wedding! Instead of posed and forced, we see your session as an opportunity to capture breathtaking images in gorgeous locations. Its so important that you experience what its like to be in front of our cameras before your wedding so that you feel natural and comfortable on your big day.
We love when our couples choose to make their engagement session meaningful. Whether it's shooting in a location that is special to you (even if that means traveling), or incorporating the story of your romance throughout your session, the opportunities are truly endless.
How far in advance should we book our wedding?
Weddings typically book 9-12 months in advance. We recommend reserving your date as far in advance as possible.

No worries, packages may be altered and customized for unique wedding needs! A la carte items can be added to any package, including additional hours.

Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes, travel fees do apply for weddings outside of the Florida/Alabama Gulf Coast and may include flights, rental car, and a hotel for Ashley and her team. Please reach out directly for a custom quote!

We are ready to book! How do we officially reserve your date?
We are thrilled to work with you! To book we require a $1,000 retainer payment and signed digital contract. Our booking process only takes a few minutes. Email us directly at victoria@ashsimmons.com to make things official.
